You have 30 days from the date of receiving your order to request a return. To qualify for a return, items must be in their original condition, unworn, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging.

B. RETURN PROCESS

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@mollorys.us. If your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your package. Items sent back without a return request will not be accepted.

C. DAMAGED OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS

Please check your order upon arrival and contact us right away if you find any defects, damages, or receive an incorrect item. This will help us assess the situation and resolve it promptly.

D. EXCHANGES

We only process exchanges for damaged items, incorrect products, wrong sizes, or defects. For exchange requests, contact us at support@mollorys.us

E. RESTOCKING FEE

We do not impose any restocking fees on returned items.

F. REFUNDS

After we receive and inspect your return, we will inform you of the approval status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account after your return is approved.

Exact estimated time for refund is maximum 7 days.

G. NO REFUND FOR UNUSED DISCOUNTS

Refunds will not be issued for discounts not utilized at the time of purchase. Discounts must be applied during the transaction; retroactive adjustments are not possible. We recommend reviewing and applying any discounts during checkout to maximize value.
